From your home page, click Add new household.
The top block of information is for your internal use. Complete the fields that are useful to you. You may leave some fields blank. Save details.
Add an individual. Click the person icon next to the word PARTICIPANTS.
Enter the person's SSN, First name, Last name, Phone number, and Address.
You may leave their mobile number and email address blank if you wish.
Click the Allow signing via consent link box. This DOES NOT send anything to your client. Save at the bottom.
Repeat steps above to add more individuals.
You can also Add businesses. Note that the IRS views trusts and estates as businesses.
When all individuals and businesses have been added, send your custom consent link to the taxpayer.
