Order transcripts for a Trust

A Trust is a business. You MUST first add the Individual who is the authorized signer for the Trust.

  1. From your home page, click Add New.

  2. Fill out the top block of information for your internal use and Save details.

  3. Click the person icon next to the word PARTICIPANTS. Enter the authorized signer's first name, last name, E-sign mobile number and E-sign email. Save details at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Click on the BUILDING icon next to the Individual's name on the left. Enter information working from top to bottom. Select the box next to Request tax records for this business and Save business details.

    • For Job Title, select Executor, Beneficiary, or Trustee.

    • Use the business phone number, and business address that are on record with the IRS.

    • The Role dropdown is optional.

    • Click the Send consent requests button.
