The insights tab only populates if significant tax data has been returned from the IRS. You may access this page if your Tax Status Administrator has given you Records & Insights permissions.
From your home page, click on the number of Tax Records that have been returned for the individual or business.
From the new page, under the name, select the Insights tab.
Scroll down to view their Current Status data, Income summary, Compliance history, and Collections history.
