There was an error in your original request. For example, you realize you used the name "Jen" instead of "Jennifer" or you now want to collect their ID and selfie.
You want to change which consent link you send them - maybe the new link includes a partner organization.
The IRS denied the original request.
Follow these steps to reset an individual taxpayer's consent:
Go to the taxpayer's profile page:
Click Scope and 2. Reset the request.
Make edits and Save.
Copy the Taxpayer Consent Experience you want to share with your client.

Click Scope and 2. Reset the request.
Make edits and Save.
Go to the Authorized Signer's profile.
Copy the Taxpayer Consent Experience you want to share with your client.
