How to Add an Individual

  • From your home page, click Add New.

  • Fill out the top block of information for your internal use and Save details.

  • To add an individual, click the person icon next to the word PARTICIPANTS.

  • Enter information working from top to bottom. If you are requesting tax data for this individual, you must include the person's SSN, First name, Last name, Phone number, and Address.

  • Click the "request tax records" box. This DOES NOT automatically send anything to your client.

  • At the bottom, click Save.

  • When all individuals and businesses have been added, send your custom consent link to the taxpayer.
