Remove Individuals or Businesses

Edit a household by removing excess people or businesses

Updated yesterday

There are several reasons that you may want to remove an individual or business from a household. If you simply added them twice or added the taxpayer to the wrong household, you can easily manage this yourself.

If the person has provided consent and/or has records available, they may still count toward your active household count for your current contract term.

Remove participants from a household

From your Home page, click on the household name in blue.

Click on either the person or building icon of the participant to remove.

This will open their profile page. At the bottom, choose "remove this person" or "remove this business."

If your client would like to revoke their consent, please see the article called Removing a Taxpayer's Consent.
