Delete a Household

In TaxStatus, Households are defined as any two people who file jointly, their dependents, businesses, trusts, and estates.

If you are approaching the start of a new contract term, you may want to clean up the active households your team uses. The date you delete a household matters. A household that was active during a contract year counts towards your usage until the next contract year begins.

Click on the household name.

Choose Delete this household.

Confirm your selection.

If you need a household reactivated, contact [email protected] and provide the name of the household previously deleted.
